We aim for 100% customer satisfaction every time.

Our customer satisfaction study is vital to the quality control of each and every Cobalt Sky job. We measure our job success both internally and externally and make an annual study of the results to ensure we stay as close to our 100% right, on time – first time, aim.

Customer assessment

After the completion of a job, we phone our customer and check that everyone is 100% satisfied with the job. Each job success is logged and tracked each month to give us an overall annual success rate.

Internal quality

Every project is checked before it is sent out. In the rare event of an error, we analyse and evaluate the mistake. Each operative’s work is checked for 100% success and measured internally to maintain a consistent 100% success rate.

Latest satisfaction ratings

This year we’ve achieved a  97% right first time rating. Out of the 1312 jobs we delivered in the last 12 months, we're proud to say that 97.3% were right, on time - first time.
