You have the option of downloading a self-extracting archive or a regular zip file (tick checkbox for this). Please read the following notes as they will assist you during installation:

STARTING THE INSTALLATION Choose to save the downloaded file to your hard drive when your web browser asks you if you would like to save/open the download. If the self-extracting archive is downloaded this should automatically extract the installation files to 'c:\winyapsinstall'. The installation should then start up. If you download the regular zip file you should save the zip to disk, extract the contents to a new folder and run 'setup.exe'.

INSTALLING THE FREE READER The Free Reader is used to open Winyaps WYP files produced by tabulation suppliers. When the installation starts the serial number box will be set to "NONE". Enter your name and company details but do not change the serial number box. Press the Next button, accept the agreement and complete the installation process. You will now be able to open WYP files - there is a sample.wyp file in the installation folder.

THE 30 DAY FREE TRIAL The Trial package allows you to evaluate Winyaps with your own tables. The Trial program will open the first two pages of any tables files and display them within Winyaps. You can use it on its own as Winyaps Pro or use it as a browser within Quanvert, e-tabs or Fasttab. If you then wish to order the full version, call us for a serial number and authorisation code.

INSTALLING THE 30 DAY FREE TRIAL When the installation starts, enter your name and company details. In the serial number box type in "TRIAL" and press Next. Accept the agreement and complete the installation process. The Winyaps Trial will work for 30 days from the date of installation.
