Our web survey service is aimed at market research companies that do not have an internal web survey programming team, and whose requirements tend to be more complex than that available through the DIY providers. Our experienced team of survey scripters can set up your survey to your exact requirements, using a variety of respondent-engaging techniques that go beyond the traditional “form on screen”. We can also advise on techniques to identify inattentive or fraudulent respondents to help ensure the quality of the data. SAMPLE We handle all the accepted sampling methods for Internet surveys. If you don’t have a sample we can source one using the leading panel providers. We’re used to dealing with complex requirements and finding the right provider to meet your sample needs at the best price and timing. If you have a sample of customers or employees then we can handle the mail-out. We ensure that only the invited sample can complete the survey, and prevent multiple completions. We can prompt non-responders and those who have partially completed the survey. Alternatively you can link to our survey from another web site and intercept a random selection of visitors, or leave the survey completely open.
IN THE FIELD AND BEYOND We give you complete access to the progress of your survey in field. You can check quotas and estimate completion times, and check how the results are looking while the survey is in progress. Once complete we can provide you with the data in a variety of formats including SPSS and triple-s, or hand it on to our world-class data processing team to produce cross-tabulations. Our Development team can turn your data into charts or interactive spreadsheets, as well as making your survey results available on our web portal. You can even run additional analysis using our online tabulation tool, Vector.
INFRASTRUCTURE We operate our own web server cluster using mrInterview, a leading enterprise-level system. Our internet line runs at 10Mb per second providing excellent response times and allowing us to host large numbers of simultaneous interviews.
